- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate them any lower than one star, I would. An hour long phone conversation to add a vehicle, change address and provide necessary information. My wife asked to have her name changed. Did they update anything? NO. Did we move to another state without any coverage on the "added" vehicle? YES! I don't understand the lack of follow through. Multiple emails to me instead of my wife. Who has been doing business with them for years! The woman couldn't believe we were aggravated. I had both of wife's vehicles, address change and a proper quote from my insurance company handled in 1, 15 minute phone call. Normally I would just say bye bye to a company like this. But, I feel the need to educate folks who might be looking for an insurance agent. What a nightmare for some simple changes.July 30, 2017by Bruce F
